Why did Diskover Data acquire CloudSoda?
Diskover acquired CloudSoda to bring together complementary capabilities in unstructured data management. The combined company is positioned to accelerate innovation across metadata analytics, data orchestration, infrastructure optimization, and AI workflows.
How will this acquisition benefit me as a partner?
You can expect continued support for your existing partnerships and an expanded set of capabilities to bring to customers over time. The combined engineering expertise and broader product coverage will create new opportunities for collaboration, integration, and joint go-to-market.
Are there any immediate changes to the CloudSoda or Diskover products?
Both products will continue operating independently with full support and active roadmaps. There are no immediate changes to functionality, access, or service. We plan to share updates on product direction in the next 3–6 months.
Will my partner agreement or terms be impacted?
Your current agreement remains in effect. Any future updates to partnership contacts or terms will be communicated transparently and in advance.
Will either brand be going away?
For now, both the CloudSoda and Diskover brands will continue. We are evaluating long-term brand strategy and expect to share our direction and integrated roadmap by the end of 2025.
Will either product be end-of-life?
There are currently no end-of-life plans for either product. Both CloudSoda and Diskover continue to be supported and actively developed.
Will you continue to invest in both products?
Yes, we will continue to invest in both CloudSoda and Diskover while we work toward a unified platform and strategy.
Will the products be integrated? If so, when?
We’re beginning to define how the two platforms can work together, but integration will take time. There is no immediate change, and we’ll keep partners informed as plans develop.
Will there be changes to the release schedule or roadmap priorities?
No immediate changes are planned. Both product teams are executing on their current roadmaps while exploring future alignment opportunities.
Will the partner program change?
There are no immediate changes to partner program structure or benefits. We are reviewing both partner ecosystems and will share updates if any changes are made.

Please continue to work with your existing partner or channel contact. If there are any changes, they will be communicated directly.
Are any of the team members I work with leaving or changing roles?
The people you work with today remain in place. Should any transitions occur, we will ensure continuity and keep you informed.
